Where you fail to keep your appointment and have not given adequate notice of your intention to cancel, you may be charged a cancellation fee under our Cancellation Policy.
Private patients:
You must provide 24 hours notice to Physiocare 360 so that your appointment slot can be filled by another patient. Communication by phone is preferred (including voice message), however email will be accepted.
NDIS patients:
You or your representative must give 48 hours notice to Physiocare 360 so that your appointment slot can be filled by another patient. Communication by phone is preferred (including voice message), however email will be accepted.
