Cancellation Policy

Where you fail to keep your appointment and have not given adequate notice of your intention to cancel, you may be charged a cancellation fee under our Cancellation Policy.

Private patients:

You must provide 24 hours notice to Physiocare 360 so that your appointment slot can be filled by another patient. Communication by phone is preferred (including voice message), however email will be accepted.

•  You may be charged 50% of the full fee of Physiotherapy/Remedial Massage Therapy appointments if you do not attend or make a cancellation outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy

• You may be charged 100% of the full fee of 360 Gym sessions if you do not attend or make a cancellation outside of the 24 hour notice cancellation policy

NDIS patients:

You or your representative must give 48 hours notice to Physiocare 360 so that your appointment slot can be filled by another patient. Communication by phone is preferred (including voice message), however email will be accepted.

• You may be charged 100% of the full fee of Physiotherapy appointments if you do not attend or make a cancellation outside of the 48 hour cancellation policy
